Indian Run

Vandals attacked a Girl Scout campground over the weekend, leaving each of the six large cabins at Camp Indian Run in shambles, police said. ``Somebody just absolutely destroyed it,'' East Brandywine Chief Raymond Copp said of the campground on Indian Run Road. ``What was once a nice Girl Scout camp is just a mess.'' Each of the camp's six eight-bed cabins and each of the six adjacent restrooms suffered extensive damage - 1998 online article.

The cluster, opened by Girl Scouts of Eastern Pennsylvania, is made up of five wooden tree houses that accommodate five girls each. There's another tree house for group activities that has electricity and running water.
