Girl Scout Purses and Wallets have helped to encourage the "thrifty" spirit of Girl Scouting. Designs and styles changed regularly to keep up with fashion trends.

Prior to World War 2, there were not many purses or wallets offered. Some small coin purses were offered during the war era, but large purses were not. Instead "Service Bags" were offered, unmarked large cloth bags.

This page is not yet complete - there are many coin purses, wallets, change purses, bill holders, etc. I will endeavor to find images of them all.
